A former contract negotiator for a small construction supply company, Aaron quit his well-paying, but demanding and time-consuming job and went full time as a real estate investor when he purchased his first wholesale property on Aug 28, 2006.
Over the next several years he focused on building systems, outsourcing, partnering, and buying properties direct from sellers, but mainly he was obsessed with building a business around his lifestyle which puts a priority on vacations and physical fitness.
He's spoken to thousands of sellers on the phone and is an expert negotiator.
